This trip will be spent paddling and traveling throughout Mendoza, Argentina. Traveling in a circular route through the province, we will paddle five different remote, desert river stretches (class III-IV-V). Off the river, we will explore Wineries, lounge at Mendoza and San Rafael, visit Gaucho's markets, and enjoy the Argentinean culture. The final night of the trip will be spent resting river weary bones in  a SPA. During the trip, we take care of all of your transportation, lodging, and meal considerations.

Check out this year's Mendoza Itinerary (itinerary subject to change due to conditions beyond our control):

  • Day 1 - Saturday: Arrive at Mendoza Airport and meet your Exoticandes guides. We then drive you to the mountain town of Potrerillos where we stay for 2 nights.

  • Day 2 - Sunday: Breakfast in Potrerillos's "Pueblo del Río". Your first day on the water will be on the class III+ middle mendoza river. The scenic drive to the launchpoint leads through snowy mountains, and typical Mendoza Desert scenery.

  • Day 3 - Monday: On the second day we will run the class III/IV section of the Upper Mendoza. With Many rapids, side hikes to check out the Aconcagua Peak 6968mts, condors and incredible whitewater, this is one of the premiere one-day rafting trips. Visit the local market in the evening.

  • Day 4 - Tuesday: Argentina has it all! This day will be spent lounging at the ,

  • Day 5 - Wednesday: Grande river

  • Day 6 - Thursday: Atuel river

  • Day 7 - Friday:  Diamante river

  • Day 8 - Saturday: Departure
